2019 Custom Wedding Booking Guide
How It Works:
-Click below to book your 1 hr free phone consult with me. This ensures I can fully understand your vibe, that I am the right person for you, and to make sure I have your date available for your requested services.
-I will send you a custom quote within 7 days of the consult for the services we talked about, and if accepted, we will move forward on contracting together and setting deadline dates, delivery, etc. After the contract is signed and the 50% booking fee is paid, I will send you two main concepts you will be able to suggest edits for.
-I will formally design and complete your projects based on the deadlines we set together

But for those it is though, I want you to fully understand and be all in on the steps it takes to create something for you that no one else will ever have.

Each envelope is carefully written by hand, line by line with a brush or pen on high quality paper with your choice of ink colors. I source and order each envelope set to match the colors of your day. Custom envelope sizes are also available, and are based off price and inventory. Printed or partially printed envelopes are something I am looking offer, however the price is determined by the printer and always subject to change.
If you’d like to add a custom return address stamp to double as a personalized addition to your stationery set, I will create and design a wooden and rubber stamp for you for an additional cost, and it will be yours to keep forever once your addressing service is completed. Choice of stamp pad color is also included.
I will send you the address template I require for your guest list to be returned to me in an excel format. I’ll also send you my FAQ etiquette guide so you can easily determine how you’d like your wording. I will write the envelopes exactly as you have them in the excel file, so please make sure addresses are triple checked for accuracy.
Envelope addressing has a 3-4 week turnaround unless a rush order is requested. At that time, a rush fee charge will be applied. If your items are due before 3-4 weeks, please mention this in your email or consult.
Day Of Décor
Wedding day details are something I love the most. Custom signs can double as a keepsake for your home after your wedding! Items like dinner or bar menus, custom table numbers, place cards or seating charts can showcase the thoughtfulness of the party you’re hosting to celebrate the two of you in the best ways. *My signs are typically made on acrylic, and always come with lettering. If you're inquiring about other materials, they are subject to availability and require a custom quote.
Menus are designed using the options you chose with your caterer, and then I print them and cut to custom sizes. I also love doing chalk bar installs, especially for my brides at The Historic Post Office. I will source all material items for the custom décor item you choose unless you have the material already. *Each design comes with digital sketches and 2 rounds of edits included in the booking price so you can see your designs before they’re physically created. Sketches take time, so expect to see them within 14 days of hiring. Here are some GENERAL décor timelines to get you started. Please have your date and estimated guest count ready at our consult:
· HPO Bar Chalkboards: 2 months in advance
· Custom Wedding Signs (including welcome, ceremony, and bar, etc): 2 months in advance; large signs (ex: 16”x 24”); medium signs (ex: 12”x 12”); small signs vary by size, qty and design. Please mention the size and material in our consult so I may quote you appropriately.
· Seating Chart: 3 months in advance; Price will increase for oversized charts (6ft+)
· Escort / Place Cards: 2 months in advance; material (tiles, paper, specialty, etc) time can vary.
· Dinner Menus (printed): 1 month in advance; The cost of most paper is complimentary, however if you’re looking for other options such as acrylic menus, these are not included, are extra, and would be based off the current material cost from my suppliers.

Custom Wedding Stationery Suites
The wedding suite design experience is quite personal. Paper is something so important to me. It’s the first thing people see when they open that gift of an envelope that sets the tone for how your wedding will be. The thought and care that goes into custom stationery allows your guests to feel even more personally included in your wedding day. I will design two main concepts for you (edits included). I will also source and order the best paper, ink colors, and envelopes to match. Once all the materials are ordered and printed, I will arrange and assemble them for you by hand and stuff your envelopes. Suite assembly alone can take up to two weeks, and I require six months advance booking from your wedding date. Below are some generalized 2019 options as well as booking information:
Booking for any stationery (to include thank you cards, bridal shower invites, and save the dates) must be done six months in advance (booking requirement.) Material cost will be in addition to any booking / design fee as well as delivery and shipping costs. Each quote is as different as each wedding, so final costs will be provided in a formal quote after the free consult.

*I will not provide sketches without a formal design contract, which is laid out in the “How It Works” information above. I fully understand this is an exciting time and that you want to see your designs as they will be on your wedding day, however sketches are not complimentary.
